I work with The Strata Collective on an ad-hoc basis creating a selection of news articles and blog content pages, targeting specific keywords to help increase their online presence in Google, whilst providing valuable, useful content for their clients. This involved creating question-type articles such as ‘Can strata ban smoking in New South Wales?’ and ‘What are the requirements of a two-lot strata scheme?’, to target new prospects in the awareness phase of the sales funnel.
I also translate technical new legislations and acts into reader-friendly copy, highlighting the core messages in a scannable and easily digestible manner.

I was tasked with creating useful and engaging blog articles for the website to help increase brochure conversion and organic website traffic for SEO. I was also responsible for creating dedicated landing page copy and a guide to target first time river cruisers and how to choose your suite.
With the launch of Scenic Eclipse, ‘The World’s First Discovery Yacht’, I wrote a collection of Antarctica landing pages to be used throughout their Antarctica launch campaign, including what to pack for an Antarctica cruise, when to travel to Antarctica and what to see on an Antarctic cruise.
iBuyNew offers a wide selection of new and off the plan property for sale across Australia from apartments, townhouses and house and land packages for first home buyers and property investors.
I was initially hired by iBuyNew to create specific suburb profiles to target longtail keyword phrases such as “off the plan Sydney properties” and “new apartments Sydney” with the purpose of driving organic website traffic and increasing conversion. With careful research and a focus on creating unique articles to avoid duplication, I wrote over 150 targeted suburb profiles for NSW, VIC and QLD, many of which achieved page one, position one status in Google rankings, above the big players Domain and Realestate.com.au.

Based in the UK, V-Sports provides professional cricket supplies to its customers as well as offering a unique in-store bat knocking in and repairs service.
I was hired to increase the social media presence of V-Sports on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ as well as create compelling website content and increase rankings in SEO. Firstly, V-Sports was lacking a social media presence – their last posts on Facebook and Twitter were over a year old. I therefore created a schedule and plan for these posts and re-designed the profile pages with updated content and imagery to create more interaction. Work was also needed on the content side for some of their webpages and the marketing of future email campaigns.
Ngage CMS is a professional ASP.Net content management system, built for both content editors and developers.
I worked closely with the website developer from Ngage CMS to write a detailed 27-page user guide for the content management system that customers receive when they sign up. My writing was clear and simple to ensure the step-by-step instructions could be easily understood, even by first time CMS users. This work also involved the use of imagery and design skills to insert the necessary assets to help with easy explanation.
